Long and tedious. 4 phone interviews, each one was meant to be a "web/video" interview but 3 out of 4 times I was the only one in the chat room. I understand start up companies have delays and ambiguity but there were moments when I wouldn't receive a call for 3 weeks and I assumed that I didn't get the position but the call was to set up yet another phone interview to have a 4th person ask me the same questions as the other 3 people. The right hand clearly didn't know what the left hand was doing. Ultimately, this demonstrated to me that communication was not their strong point and it was time to part ways.
