This was my worst Interview experience ever. They have scheduled the interview and when I joined the call, no one from interview panel has joined the call. Even I have tried to reach HR and email them that no one has joined and didn't get any response as courtesy atleast. With this kind of process, i could assume how bad the internal culture could be.
