I applied on the website for a couple of positions and got through both. The 2 rounds(Technical & Managerial) post initial HR screening, were positive and enlightening. The HR gave a through walk through of every step and was very understanding. I only wish the salary discussion was detailed. It was rather brief to the extent of asking the number below which we wouldn't consider the offer.
