I had a very positive candidate experience. I initially had a phone interview with a member of the talent Acquisition team. I then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The process concluded with a phone chat with the Senior Director. The questions focused on my past experiences and reviewing my resume - it was more of a conversation and I was made to feel very comfortable. My recruiter, Sheri, was amazing! Sheri always kept me informed of next steps and answered any questions that I had. Before my first day I was provided with an on-boarding schedule that allowed me to meet with my various co-workers. I was overwhelmed with the amount of people that reached out to me in offering support during my first couple of weeks. From the interview to on-boarding process the entire experience was fantastic.
