The interview was relaxed and I felt not my best, was still quite good. The fact that it took 5 weeks after the interview to receive a form letter I could have copied off the internet stating they'd gone with another applicant, is absolutely abysmal. It also became apparent during the interview that the HR portion of the screening had been skipped. If they show this much care and attention during the hiring process, I have to wonder how much they care about their actual employees.

The phone interview was short and brief, the HR will discuss the benefits and will ask few questions about your background and on what's written on the resume. The HR then scheduled me for a panel interview. I was interviewed by a Manager and she asked me more on my previous work and on technical details. After the interview, the HR then called me to confirm that I am qualified for a final interview with the Director. Currently, I am waiting for their feedback since I just finished my interview today.
