Had an initial call with member of the team. Very quickly get an email from the recruiter asking me to provide availability for next round interview which I did. 2 days later having heard nothing back I receive an automated email telling me that the role had been filled. Hugely unimpressive candidate experience

The interview experience was exceptionally well-structured, comprising a comprehensive five-stage evaluation:
1) Initial Human Resources Interview
2) In-depth Interview with the Hiring Manager
3) Take-home Assignment
4) Panel Presentation
5) One-on-One Discussions with Team Members
While this multifaceted evaluation process might appear daunting at first glance, it was skillfully managed to create an atmosphere of comfort and support.
Emily I., the dedicated HR manager overseeing the recruitment process, maintained consistent and proactive communication. This commitment to transparency and engagement from both the interviewing team and HR exemplified the core values of OpenTable from the outset.
