It took months to schedule my three rounds because 1. the manager kept mis-scheduling my interviews at times that I was not available (he blamed it on a technical bug in the calendar), 2. they weren't organized to complete interviews at any particular time--they were waiting for applicants to accumulate. 3. various interviewers had things "come up," so other people had to fill in at different times, including the manager, who decided to take a week off for a roadtrip.
