I participated in multiple interviews - the last being a group interview process. The role seemed to check every box for both myself and the employer (or so I thought). I sent a follow up communication and was told I was moving forward in their process. Then was simply ghosted. No follow up emails, no replies. Nothing. Coincidentally - or not -- a topic we discussed during one of my interviews became a topic they published about the following month.
