I cold applied through the portal. I didn't receive the interview invitation until more than 2 months after applying, when I had pretty much forgotten that I did. I did only a recruiter screening, which wasn't particularly hard but incredibly fast-paced, we jumped right in and it felt like I was being barraged with questions and that made it stressful. It's a knowledge management position with their support team and it seemed like the deal breaker was customer support expeirence.
