They're hiring a lot. Pretty typical interview process, but the people have this similar, arrogant way about them. The talent team was very much portraying "we are the best, no one is as great as us." Employees were very full of themselves as if you wouldn't want to work anywhere else, they're doing a favor by talking to you.
