There is a prompt required to do the interview at which was very thorough, however this is a very technical role. The questions in the interview were very detailed at the infrastructure build and technical stack and technical connectors related to your described use case. I think they should be hiring for sales engineers vs. sales reps.
The recruiters are nice but they are moving so fast that details will be missed on prep if you don’t double check. The interviews are also fast which can be good and bad.

HR/Talent interview was great - one of the best I've had. No fluff, direct questions about my experience and how I could add value.
2nd interview with a Peer was terrible. He came across tired, disinterested - yawning multiple times - and asked basic questions. OpenAi is unique as they don't pay commission - straight base salary. I wanted to understand how I'm KPI'd, what Quota retirement looks like, the sales engagement process etc. he wasn't able to answer these questions.

recruiter call was cold and short. seemed like they were just meeting a quota rather than actually meaningfully looking to connect and understand. inspiring to say the least - yes it's not a candidate's market currently but it may very well soon be
