The interviews that I had scheduled with the hiring manager, and then a few weeks later, with the hiring manager and two other members of the Leadership Team at OTS, were very pleasant, and comfortable. I felt at ease when speaking with all of the team members that I met through either a Web Ex Video Meeting, or in person at a lunch meeting with the group. They were all very forthcoming about answering questions that I had about the organization and the position for which I had submitted my application and resume. I was very greatful for the experience with both of the scheduled interviews.
