I received an invite for the phone interview one night before the interview date at 10.41 pm, . It seems that I was invited in a hurry and it was just a formality to reflect diversity in their process. The HR person was few minutes late in calling. Despite having over 15 yrs of work experience in global health, I was not selected for the next round of interview. My interview had gone well and I see no reason for not being selected. They need to select people from different backgrounds and race particularly Asians and Indians. They need to practice diversity and fairness in the selection process and not give preference to few races and candidates who have internal references.

It was just one interview. the process was clear. I got a rejection, but I appreciated the respect and support. The questions were clear however, I did not feel that they respond to my questions or provided me with a sense of what they are looking for.
