First round was to present 2 case studies with some basic questions. Interviewers took the time to explain what the role was like and they also shared their own experiences which was nice. Hiring took quite long to get back to regarding the results, and it was pretty generic / impersonal. No feedback or reasoning given. Took quite long from application -> just the first round interview -> rejection. Think it took a total of 1 month

• Panel interview with Designers • Design Challenge • Culture fit with Senior Leadership OGP wax lyrical about fairness and transparency and lack of bias on their 'Our Hiring process' page but my experience could not be more contrasting. This company doesn't practice what they preach. After an initial interview with a panel of designers (only 1 of whom was engaged) other 2 seemed to be preoccupied with Slack conversations. I was asked some inappropriate questions about personal relationship status which has no bearing or relevance on my professional ability to do the job but seemed more out of the personal curiosity of the interviewer. Strange and awkward interview - with only 1 person engaged and two others banging away on their keyboards. I then received feedback that 'It's not the right time' whatever that means - when I asked for clarification on what that meant, I was told someone would get back to me in a couple of weeks – you guessed it, no reply 👻
