I applied my job through SHREDS then i got mail from SHREDS to that i have been shortlisted for the online test and i passed the test. After that i shortlisted for the 1st round of interview. The HR contacted me to tell about the interview process my coordinator was Rakhi Akash Raj. Then i had four round of interviews were Technical, Behaviour, CTO, HR. The interview process was really good all the OPEN family was really friendly. Then rakhi guided me through all rounds of interview and my interviews were done smoothly.
