I applied via email, sedning my cv and cover lette, after around 2 weeks i got an email from HR asking to set up and interview with Director of Partnerships. Very chilled interview, it felt more like we were having a casual chat about both of our experiences. 15 mins for normal interview and 15 mins the questions i have for him, but in the end we spent over an hour talking about experiences.
