there is 2 round for a clear interview first is used to judge your basic knowledge second is used for technical and coding round if you clear both rounds successfully then HR will connect you for join the company

I applied through the online website for react native developer, the first telephonic round took place. And there was a VP round after being shortlisted. And HR round after being shortlisted. In HR round, I told me about salary and other facilities and asked to submit my documents. But when I called my followers HR, they said that you wait, the manager discussion is pending. And then I kept waiting. I have also messaged HR several times but always said the same is still pending discussion. Even HR did not know that it was going on. And after waiting for about 2 weeks, I refused. Because how can you wait longer? I do not understand this, when they do not have to appoint, then why take the interview and if any selection has been made or not, the result should be given. Due to their delay in this discussion, my offer of another company also came out of my hand as I kept waiting for their results for 2 weeks.
