I will make sure to share your feedback with the Onyx M.D. team so we appreciate the candid feedback. The company does have a rigorous screening and interview process. We want to make sure we are hiring the right people for the right positions. I doubt this will change anytime soon. However, I will look into the comments about the employee disengagement since those comments do not go without notice. Its interesting to hear these comments since our largest number of feedback from previous interviews is usually more in line with praise for our interview process and the "family feel" type of environment.
