My soon-to-be employer reached out to me via LinkedIn about the job, and though I was skeptical at first, I accepted his invitation to come in for an interview. I had one interview and met with 3 people. Took maybe 2 hours. They all essentially sold me on the job. Very personable, approachable, honest and forthright. I received my offer a few days later.

The interview process was pretty simple. There were only three steps; and they all were virtual. Was fully prepped by HR coordinator. Was able to get interview feedback within 24 hours. Did all three steps in less than a week.

Interview was very conversational and managers asked situational and behavior questions.
The interview process took about 3 weeks. This was solely based on my schedule. The process was straight forward and transparent. My recruiter was beyond amazing and constantly checked in with me.

They reached out to me on Linkedin about a role. I responded saying I was open to setting up a call. We scheduled the call.....but the recruiter was a no show and no response when I attempted to reschedule. Speaks volumes.
