There were 4 rounds of interview. 1. Senior QA 2. Principal QA 3. Director of QA 4. Director of Engineering. HR department is very pathetic and not cooperative. After giving four rounds I didn't received any response from the HR. When I called up HR she said they have put my profile on hold for no reason. HR was making silly excuses. She said interviewer is confused if I fit with the position or not. I think HR should inform the candidate whether he or she is selected or not. A candidate gives his/her 100% for interview and puts his best efforts. So candidate expect the same in return. Please start valuing the candidate's time and efforts.
