I arrived on time; another interviewee arrived very late, at the same time, without having notified them that she was running behind (about 45 minutes). The girl taking her turn at receptionist duty asked the owner/interviewer if the latecomer should be taken. No. She was turned away and I got my allotted time. Kudos to them for insisting on punctuality. The interview took about a half hour. We discussed my experience, my education; I asked questions on benefits; we bantered a little bit on weather and convertibles, which helped us both get a sense of personality. Their concerns - my commute - were voiced and addressed.
