Recruiter initially made contact and set an interview with the CEO. He seemed very interested in my experience and contacts. The second interview was with all three partners. Two in Ohio, one in Dallas. Interview went well, but I caught a vibe that the three of them had different ideas of what they were looking for. I sensed some tension. I was told I’d hear back within a week about next steps (an in person interview). After a few weeks of following up with the recruiter and hearing “so and so is out of town”, “they are still making decisions,” etc. I moved on. It looks like they have renamed the position and reposted it.
