Stange hiring/interview process: They sent me an offer ( they called it term sheet) after the first interview with all the infromation of an offer including salary, start date and evrything. I even negotiated the salary. Then AFTER the offer, there is other steps and interviews !. I had another offer and was just waiting fo rit to be offical to rejcet them (because of their sweired process) but then they called and said they went with someone else. Don't waist time of people and give them offer if you're actually planning to hire them!
