4 phases, first an informational interview with an HR Recruiter then an interview with the BDR Manager and a mock cold call. The final interview is with a senior executive.

Pretty short process. Two-tiered with calls with HR followed by manager, often accompanied by a member of team. Pretty informal with some role play cold calls. Worth gaining a good understanding of all offerings and who you will be speaking with.

very smoooth, they know how to properly assess skills. starts with hr then you have behavioral questions with your manager, then at the end u get a case to perform a simulation sales call.
