The entire process lasted around 2-3 weeks until a decision was made. There was an initial phone interview and three (Teams Meeting) Interviews after. The interviews were very conversational with a few competency based questions thrown in. A more enjoyable experience than purely competency based questions. They were a pleasant bunch of people. I really felt they were trying to get to know me. I did not get an offer. The interview process was pleasant enough but the feedback after interview was awful. Very generic response. Was told 'There was no particular reason you were not chosen'. That’s a real kick in the guts after a 4-5 hour interview process and countless hours of preparation. You’ve got to give me more than that guys! Not the kind of topper you want to give to an otherwise good experience.
