Overall, it was easy. I had a phone interview with the HR Director first. Next was a face to face with the Recruiting Manger, a trainee and HR Director. The final interview was with the Payroll Implementation Manager. I didn't accept the offer since they didn't meet my salary requirement. They offered what I already made. I countered and they bumped it up a little but in compared to my current company's salary and benefits it wasn't a good choice for me. Seemed like a good company to work for though.
