Phone interview via recruitment/HR then in person interview with branch manager followed by final interview with district manager. Very pleasant experience waiting on background check to come through. Already have start date.

The interviewer is a red flag. 1,He was late for the interview over 15 minutes, but he didn't apologize, he made some excuse instead. 2,He whined about one of his employees in my face, he called that employee a bottom producer, 3,He showed me the payslips of his employees and the loan applications of his customers, I could see how much his employees make, the names, address, SSNs and income of his customers, which should not have been revealed to outsiders like me. 4, He tried to pry my age by asking "how old were you when you came to the US?"
