Short, I was hired one the spot after talking to a regional manager. The questions were easy, asked if I had a degree, and any prior experience in lending. Prepped me for what the position entails.
Was amazing did job shadow as well making sure I knew what they were about as well as making sure I was the right fit. Working for them now absolutely amazing company and enjoying my experience so far
