I got an email on Friday with a 2 sentence request for an interview In-Person with one of the companies VP's face to face on Monday. This type of request must be immediately addressed with a positive response leaving you with a little time to prepare. But, to be fair and truthful about my experience about this interview - I have never had such an easy-going open conversation with a professional from my industry during an interview.
