After submitting my application I was called in for an interview within a few days. I had 2 interviews. First one was with the HR employee and went well. She was very thorough but pleasant. Second interview was intense, it was with the owner and the sales manager. They did not beat around the bush, they wanted to make sure I was up for the challenge and make sure I was the right person for this position. They are very passionate about what they do and how they handle their customers. I was pleased to see the owner involved in the interview process as I can tell the care a great deal about this company. Overall the process was great from start to finish.
