I came in for an initial interview with the hiring manager who was very nice and easy to relate to. I have business to business sales experience which so did he. He asked me questions in which to figure out if I had qualifications for the position. I understand they are looking for someone to move into management so the questions were more detailed situational questions as if I was a manager what would I do if.. I was told I would hear back from them in about a day or 2 after reviewing all candidates. I got a call two days later and they wanted to bring me in to discuss more details of the position as well as what I could expect if offered a position. The interview was quite brief but answered all my questions. I was so stoked because I just graduated with a Bachelors in Bus. Administration so this position is right in my field. I got a call later on that day and they offered me the position! I am currently working with One Source and I will be promoted to management in just 2 weeks! Tell me another position I could have started at the same time and with hard work and dedication, be promoted so quickly!! I can't wait to be promoted!
