Very disarming. I felt like the three people interviewing me made me feel welcome and like it wasn't a big interview, but rather four people having a conversation. It was a great interview that did not last very long, but they definitely made it worth my time.

The process consisted of two interviews, one phone interview and one in person. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice, but when I got to my in person interview her partner was with her and she was very rude. She talked down to me and lowered the pay from what I was told over the phone. I was clear after my interview I no longer wanted to work there.
