Very Easy and quick, I found out I had the job a few days after the interview by a phone call. Dressed in smart but casual for the interview. Afterwards the training lasted roughly a few weeks before being assigned a department

Easy they ask you to complete a pack with questions on first then bring you up to a office for the interview where they want to get to know you more and it’s informative as they tell you about the company and perks also
Individual interviews, followed by group session where groups of two emulated a customer call from calling cards outlining an initial context. Group session was followed by individual feedback. Session was analysed by recruitment team and changes were made to the role offered to individuals if they were deemed a better fit elsewhere in the company.
