The process was fast in my opinion, transparent and smooth from application to final in-person interview. There's always support for when you run into an issue. One thing that standout for me is their clarity with their compensation package.

The period from sending in an application and getting an offer was roughly 2 months. There was an initial plum psychometric test that assessed your top talents, work style, and work preferences. Following this were four recruitment stages - a phone interview, a written take home test, a second phone interview, and a final panel session which had another written exercise. It was a challenging but highly engaging recruitment process and I enjoyed every bit of it.
