The people and organization appear great, but the recruiter I had was not involved at all. I’m currently sitting at 3+ weeks with no updates . Looking at the number of openings they had <35 when I applied, I can’t imagine them being slammed and he was the TA manager so I assume he had recruiters working for him. If they do this for an HR Director candidate after multiple interview rounds, be prepared for ghosting
