Communication was clear and candidates were always kept informed. The assignment was well thought through and relevant, and it made complete sense to include it as part of the process. Although there was a time investment and various stages involved, including a panel interview, it was a wonderful way for both the candidate and the company to get a genuine sense of each other, working style, and culture fit. Well worth every minute. The panel interview in particular added real value.
