      Entrevista

      I was approached for a role at Onbe that seemed like a great fit for my background. The Onbe recruiter was organized, a strong communicator and had great follow-through. However, I completed the entire interview process (which was 7 interviews, including a panel interview, and a lengthy presentation that took hours to prepare) only to be ghosted. After significant follow-up, I discovered that Onbe had decided to put the role on hold and utilize internal resources in the interim. It felt like a huge waste of everyone's time to have candidates go through the entire interview process and not extend an offer to anyone. Additionally, to recruit me into the process and not follow up with me until I really pushed for feedback is a poor candidate experience. I don't blame the recruiter for this, but larger company disorganization. It feels like things worked out for the best that I was not offered a role here.
