Initial telephone interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager. This interview covered my current experience and career aspirations. I received an invitation to interview in person shortly after. The interview itself was about two hours long. The first half an hour focused on my impression of the current OTB app and what I would change etc. The next part focused on my skills and experience and how I would solve certain problems in certain situations. The final part of interview included a pair programming task with 2 current OTB developers, with one pairing with me and another observing. I received confirmation I had got the role the same day as the interview.
