Within a few days of applying on the OnQ HR website, I received an email for a phone interview with the VP. We had about a 30 minute call and we discussed my skills and the job functions. About a week later, I had a phone interview with another manager for the culture fit. It was to access the kind of culture I like to work in and how I would mesh with the team. A week after that I received an invitation for an in-person team interview where I shared about myself professionally and personally, and took questions from the team. It was very comfortable.
