Interviewed with a recruiter. Explained my background and professional goals. Discussed the program I would be training. After 3 weeks, the position was not going to be filled. the recruiter was attentive.

Interview was for a consulting position. Primary interview was with the company's client (as is with most IT consulting brokers). The client has to be interested before the broker will make an offer.
