The interview process consisted of two stages. The first stage was with HR and the Hiring Manager, where they focused on understanding my experience, background, and how I would approach scenario-based questions. The second stage was with two Directors, which was more conversational and centered on getting to know me while also providing deeper insight into the business and their expectations for the Project Manager role. Overall, the entire process took approximately two weeks, after which I was offered the position.
