I applied and the first interview was schedule with an HR person who didn't know much about the day-to-day of the job. It was more of a qualification type interview - only about 30 minutes. Then, a second interview was schedule with the person that would be my direct supervisor. She mentioned next steps would include speaking to her boss, then a panel interview, and that it may take a while for the whole process. I didn't make it that far unfortunately, but just keep in mind, it may be a longer than normal process.
