I received a call from a recruiter immediately after applying to the position which was basically to describe the position and to set up an interview. I had an interview with the manager and a supervisor which was very relaxed. She first gave me a tour of the company and explained what specifically occurs at each stage and where I would be working. Then I had a small sit down interview, where she asked me 2 questions and the rest of the time was me asking questions. I did not get the position because they hired someone with more long term care experience (which wasn't a requirement in the first place).
