      Entrevista

      The process has taken 3 weeks, but the company has kept in constant contact. First an HR recruiter calls and does a 20 minute phone interview just to insure you meet minimum requirements and have the skill set. They will also give you a pay range for this position. The second interview was with the direct supervisor and her boss. It was very laid back and though starting out with scripted questions, it quickly became more conversational. The last interview was with the Dept Director. All conversational and gets to the meat of what the job entails, what you can expect and what the company expects in return. Ignore the offer question as am still in consideration and this was not a choice. The company asks for 7 references to be submitted online with email addresses. they do not call references, but send a survey for them to fill out. the more that return the survey the better off you are.

      How would you prioritize this kind of day and help resolve the issues: 3 employees are bickering and have involved HR in their argument. One of the three is also being investigated for a PHI infringement. Your supervisor is having payroll issues and is on the verge of quitting due to his pay not being correct for three consecutive pay periods. One of your major clients is making 3 demands of your team for 3 different programs you provide for them. 1 is behind schedule due to scheduling and staffing issues, the next one the client has pushed repeatedly for an unrealistic time table, the last the client is just needing solid numbers on the program?
