The interview process went smoothly. Recruiters called from Dallas and set up my initial interview. The recruiters were able to tell me a few things about the position and then were able to answer the questions I had.

I was already an employee at the hotel so I applied online via the current employee career website. The Director of Human Resources and the General Manager then set up a panel interview with me a few days later. I was given the offer the next day.

Entrevista
Spoke with the HR manager, director, and general manager. Each were interested in me as a person and were genuine. The follow up was quick and continuous. They asked specific questions to my experience and goals.
