Applied online and was contacted by email to set up brief phone screen. Phone screen with two employees, a Recruiting Coordinator and Manager. Phone screen lasted about 20 - 30 minutes and was very informational and enjoyable. Was invited for an in-person visit shortly after. Upon arriving, I was greeted by one of the recruiters and was given a quick walk around of their office and information about the structure of my in-person visit/visit. Interviewed with four different employees from various departments relevant to my team. All together the visit lasted about two hours and was one of the best professional experiences I have had -- challenging yet engaging and pleasant. Everyone was very welcoming and you could tell from speaking to everyone how important the company's mission and integrity is to each and every person at the company as they continue to grow. After the in-person visit, I was contacted in a timely matter by phone regarding an offer. I can't emphasize enough how incredibly professional and refreshingly timely and available the whole hiring team was throughout the entire process.

I applied through their career site and the hiring team responded within a week! I had a 15 minute phone screen with the hiring manager and then heard back the week after. I had an onsite interview and met one on one with four members of the team. From the moment that I walked through the door, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. At the time, they did not have a Front Desk Coordinator, but everyone who walked by kindly checked in to see if I have been helped. The Recruiting Coordinator that I have been liaising with gave me an office tour prior to my interview. Omada has a beautiful and open space that fosters collaboration. Everyone looked genuinely happy at work. They also named their conference rooms after leafy greens and herbs, which I found clever. During the interview, I met with four different people. They were mindful of my time and were thoughtful and honest in answering my questions regarding the position, the company and the work culture. From meeting with top management (VP-level) to other members of the team, everyone seemed very talented in what they do and willing to share their knowledge with others. I enjoyed meeting everyone that day (which rarely happens in an interview). I saw and felt my interviewers' enthusiasm for the company and the product.
