The interview process was rigorous, interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, BU MDs, cross-functional teams. Everyone was nice, not overly challenging questions, but as we reached the 5th round interview, I received another offer. There was some indication of an RTO mandate that could be coming down the line, and I wasn't willing to entertain that commute.
