was smooth, very categorical, the interviewer was very easy to interact with. They explained what i need to know and they had a lot of knowledge about the company. questions were not as hard as such, it was just like they are getting to know who i am

They would never get back to you in a timely fashion. In the end, after 2 months, they would just hand you a rejection notice. Furthermore, Olsson has been attracting a lot of negative publicity because of the errors in their project plans. I would be careful to work for them.
