1 - Easy Coding Exercise 2 - Soft Interview with Engineering Manager 3 - Semi-Technical Interview with Engineers 4 - Final Coding Interview I received very positive feedback from the manager as well the interviewers. At step 3 they said they were passing me on to the final coding interview. However I got an email a few days later saying I had been rejected due to not being senior enough. I really dislike when companies do this. If you feel a candidate does not have enough experience then do not initiate the interview process. It is an enornmous waste of time and makes the candidate feel like they've been blindsided. Better yet, don't let anyone in the process imply a candidate is moving forward when they aren't.
