Standard interview with management, simple maths test with calculator, floor observation/trial, and that was it! Had a response within a week or so, but this may vary depending on store.

The interview usually lasts about 5-10 minutes in the office, where the store manager (and sometimes a supervisor or assistant mananger sits in too!) where they ask some basic interview questions. They usually ask “what was the best customer service you received?” And “what was the worst customer service you’ve ever recieved?”, as well as asking what the company’s values (work hard, play hard, be kind) mean to you. After this, they ask you to go onto the shop floor and create an outfit for an imaginary customer (e.g a wedding guest outfit), and get you to chat to the team working on the floor thay day. You usually hear back if you were successful after a day!

which lasts between 8-12 minutes. it is relaxed and only casual questions are asked such as why you want to work at oliver bonas, time availability and questions on customer service.
after you are selected, you are invited to the office physically for another interview and debriefing.
